What is Wildflower International, Ltd. Help Desk

The Wildflower International, Ltd. Help Desk provides technical support over the phone on multivendor software, hardware and  networking products. If a problem cannot be resolved, the Help Desk will dispatch the call to an on-site service provider, designated by the solution provider*. If you do not have a service provider you can use the Wildflower International, Ltd. - a network of on-site service providers supporting North America. The Call Center is available 7 days a week, 24 hours per day, excluding Wildflower International, Ltd. holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).
