Mission Challenge

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) manages millions of paper-based records that are essential to immigration adjudication, citizenship verification, and national security.

To sustain accuracy and throughput across its service centers, USCIS required a modern, centralized capture environment capable of high-volume image processing, job control, and system-wide reporting.

The legacy Kodak Capture Pro Local Processing Option (LPO) installation no longer supported the scalability and centralized management the agency needed.

USCIS turned to Wildflower International, a trusted federal IT provider, to lead the upgrade to Kodak Capture Pro Network Edition (NE)—a robust, secure, and centrally administered document capture solution.

As the prime contractor, Wildflower International coordinated all project logistics, compliance, and contractual oversight, ensuring seamless communication between USCIS, Kodak Alaris, and multiple service centers nationwide.

Kodak Alaris technical representatives, working under Wildflower’s program management, provided the design, installation, configuration, and training services for the new Capture Pro Network Edition environment.
